Petite Sirah stands alongside Zinfandel as a classic heritage variety of Paso Robles-and as a mainstay in the Opolo family of wines. This 2021 vintage bottling from the Opolo Reserve Collection delivers exotic aromas of boysenberry and olallieberry with suggestions of violets and Herbes de Proven e. The palate is broad and plush with concentrated flavors of black plum, pomegranate, truffle, mint, and peppery spice. Fresh acidity holds to the core of a bold, chewy finish.
