Rich flavor of red plum and blackberry are married with hints of nutmeg and vanilla bean. Wonderfully well balanced with silky smooth tannins and a rich mouthfeel, this wine can be enjoyed every day of the week.

Winemaker's Notes

The 2021 Merlot Reserve is a limited barrel selection from our estate vineyards in the westside Willow Creek District, where the Merlot grape achieves powerful varietal expression. Deep dark fruit aromas intermingle with scents of toasted oak, caramel, and fine leather. The mouthfeel is remarkably expansive with velvety flavors of red currant, blackberry, and plum with notes of blue fruits, mint, and oak vanillin. Polished tannins glide into a sleek, full-bodied finish.
