The 2023 Roussanne comes from our two contiguous estate vineyards in the Willow Creek District—Quinn West and To The Moon. These sites combine to create an expressive yet elegant rendition of this classic Rhône variety, adding a distinctive white wine to the Opolo portfolio. This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks (90%) and French oak barrels (10%) with acacia wood heads for enhanced mouthfeel and complexity. Only 250 cases produced.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes:

The 2023 Roussanne is vivid out of the glass with fresh aromas of pineapple, pear and honeycomb. Flavors of tropical guava, apricot and cantaloupe flood the mouth with a trailing kiss of lemon zest. The textures are silky and viscous, with hints of minerality emerging on a soft, enveloping finish.
