An Italian-style herbal liqueur made with estate wine grapes and premium botanicals

Amaro meaning “bitter” in Italian is a botanical liqueur from Italian origin. This delicious liqueur expresses a combination of sweet and bitter giving this unique spirit complex body and character. Aged on French Oak and infused with botanical essence this Amaro adds class to cocktails or can be enjoyed on its own over the rocks. Notes of gentian coriander wormwood and nutmeg are followed by toasted oak brown sugar subtle spice and a feathered bitter finish.

Our Amaro is the latest example of how we strive to master a wide variety of spirits at Willow Creek Distillery. We set out to put our own stamp on the style, because no two Amaros are alike. The Willow Creek Amaro shows notes of gentian, coriander, wormwood and nutmeg followed by toasted oak, brown sugar, subtle spice and a feathered bitter finish. Unique, flavorful and easy to enjoy.
