Back by popular demand just in time for the holidays: our smash-hit Blanc de Blancs, crafted in the classic “Méthode Champenoise” style from coastally grown white grapes led by Chardonnay.
Like the great sparklers of Champagne, France, this wine underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle to ensure optimal complexity and mouthfeel. The result is a lively sparkling wine with a fine balance of brightness and roundness, providing the perfect celebratory “pop” for festive holiday moments. This latest limited release presents fresh, floral aromas of pear, hazelnut and brioche. The palate is expansive with citrus and golden apple, finishing with tangy acidity and an undercurrent of creaminess. This is a versatile Brut wine that makes an easy match for appetizers and hors d’oeuvres.
Winemaker's Tasting Notes
This wine starts with crisp McIntosh apple coupled with a taut, steely mineral intensity. Rich lemon curd, honey, and almond toffee follow. A delight on the palate.
